Vice Throne
Ny  This city looks prosperous on the surface, with skyscrapers rising high and traffic flowing nonstop. But when night falls, turf wars and power struggles quietly begin, and every gang starts eyeing the highest seat of power in this land.

I have returned with vengeance burning in my heart and the resolve to rise again.

In the ruined Manor, the chair where the old Godfather once sat has been empty for far too long. Now, at last, its true heir has returned.

[Take Back Everything. Start by Rebuilding Your Base]

Leave the house neglected for too long, and the "rats" come crawling in. They gnaw away at the legacy the old Godfather left behind, treating the family's turf like their own pantry.

Drive out the enemy forces occupying the manor and city blocks, restore order to the family business, for only then can we plan for the long game. The city blocks, docks, and businesses they stole from us... I will take them all back, one by one.

A shortage of funds and supplies is the biggest obstacle on the road to rebuilding, and our trade network must be urgently restored.
