Choose your grain, your still, where you cut, your cask. Every decision is one a real distiller makes. A flavour engine built on real distilling science works out what you made, then tells you why it tastes that way.
Most whiskey apps are notebooks. They record what you drank and how you rated it. Distill does the opposite. You make the whiskey, and the app explains the result.

Set your grain bill. Choose a long fermentation or a short one. Run a pot still or a column. Cut early or late. Pick your cask, your char, your years in wood.
Move one lever and the flavour moves with it. Long fermentation builds fruit. A late cut carries oil and weight. First-fill sherry gives you more than refill. That is not opinion. It is how whiskey is made, and it is what the engine models.
THEN YOU WAIT.
Your cask ages in real time. One day in your life is one year in the barrel. A twelve year single malt takes twelve days. There is nothing you can buy that makes it faster.
In a hurry? Choose poitin. Ireland's unaged spirit needs no cask and no maturation, so you can go from grain to finished bottle in a couple of minutes.
BOTTLE WHAT YOUR CHOICES PRODUCED.
Pick the bottle. Name the whiskey. Design the label. Then the reveal: your flavour across seven axes, your score, and the real whiskeys that came out closest to yours in style.
Every bottle you finish goes into your cabinet, with the record of what you did and what it produced.
