Beskrivning

Nytt Amman as a playable city. Take Abu Ali's yellow taxi out onto the streets of Greater Amman and drive to the places you know: from Sweileh and the University down through the 1st to 8th Circles, Abdali, Shmeisani, Sweifieh, Abdoun and downtown, out along the Airport Road, and all the way down to the Dead Sea, 412 metres below sea level.

Start the meter, pick up your first fare and drive Amman the way Ammanis know it.

Amman Drive is a taxi simulator and open-world driving game set in the real map of Amman, Jordan: from Sweileh and the University down through the 1st to 8th Circles, Abdali, Shmeisani, Sweifieh, Abdoun, downtown and Rainbow Street, out along the Airport Road and all the way down to the Dead Sea, 412 m below sea level. The streets, circles, bridges and tunnels are built from real map data over Amman's real hills, with the real street names on the signs.

🚕 A TAXI DRIVER'S DAY
• Five kinds of passengers: the rushed employee, the hajjeh who wants a gentle ride, the tourist who wants the landmarks, the student who loves a jump, and the businessman who won't stand a red light.
• They say what they think of your driving, out loud, in Ammani Arabic or English: "Easy, easy!", "Are we flying?!"
• "Meter or fixed price?", airport runs, star ratings and streaks.

🧰 A JOB FOR EVERY VEHICLE
More than ten driving jobs from Amman's streets: the Coaster bus line, service taxis, the gas truck with its famous tune, towing broken-down cars, the tipper truck, food delivery, VIP rides with a coffee that must not spill, the air ambulance, street races, drifting and donuts, and the driving test.

🚗 12 VEHICLES
Abu Ali's taxi and eleven more to buy with what you earn: 90s saloons, a double-cab pickup, a 4x4, a Coaster, a tipper truck, motorbikes, an electric GT, an American muscle car and a helicopter to see the city from above.

🏙️ A CITY THAT FEELS LIKE AMMAN
• Landmarks built by hand: the Roman Theatre and Hashemite Plaza, the Citadel, the Mosque with its blue dome, the Abdali towers, Abdoun Bridge, the Martyrs' Memorial and the Raghadan flagpole.
• Ka'ak carts, street cats, service-taxi ranks, wedding convoys and dabke on Thursday nights.
• Over 500 places to discover.

🌦️ DAY, NIGHT AND SNOW
Sunsets over the hills, lit-up nights, rain, khamaseen dust and fog, and the snow day, with snowmen in shmaghs and kids throwing snowballs.

🚓 RULES OF THE ROAD
Traffic lights with countdowns, speed cameras at their real spots, and police chases if you run a red light.
