Nou WiFi Analyzer+ is a Wi-Fi channel analyzer: it shows how crowded each channel is around you and suggests a less crowded one, with the reasons on the same screen.

FIRST SCREEN ON ANDROID 14+
• On Android 14+, the first screen needs no location permission.
• It shows your connection details: signal, frequency, channel, link speed, Wi-Fi standard, security, IP address, subnet, gateway and DNS.
• The network name appears after you allow location.
• With a VPN on, you still see your Wi-Fi's own gateway and DNS.

CHANNEL OCCUPANCY
• On Android 14+, allow Nearby devices to see channel occupancy without location permission.
• Separate 2.4, 5 and 6 GHz channel views (6 GHz on phones with 6 GHz Wi-Fi).
• A bar chart shows how many networks use each channel; after you allow location, it becomes signal curves per network.
• Suggests a less crowded channel on 2.4 and 5 GHz and shows why.
• Every reading shows how old it is.
• Stays readable with many networks around.

AFTER YOU ALLOW LOCATION
• The Wi-Fi scanner lists every nearby network with signal strength in dBm and %, band, channel, width, security and vendor.
• Filter and sort networks by band, signal, security or name.
• Wi-Fi 6, 6E and 7 badges for each network.
• Track one network's signal strength as you walk to find weak spots.
• Name each access point to tell repeaters and mesh nodes apart; names stay on this phone.
• Share the network list as a CSV file.
• Shows how old each scan is and when Android allows the next one.

PERMISSIONS, PLAINLY
• Asks for location only when you open a feature that needs it, like the network list or network names.
• Below Android 14, the channel views also need location permission.
• Say no and keep using what works without it.
• An empty list tells you why: nothing nearby, or a setting is off.
• Scans only while the app is open.
