The La Poste app for individuals is quick and easy to use:

• A seamless user interface and design, with quick access to your services: access to the Store, the Customer Area, Tracking, Colissimo postage, activation of your Mobile Registered Letters, etc.

• A home page that allows you to find your postal news: your saved tracking items, your current shopping carts, your valid Colissimo labels, etc.

• Plus: app customization, animations, illustrations, etc.

MANAGE AND TRACK YOUR SHIPMENTS DIRECTLY FROM YOUR MOBILE

Manage your mail and parcel shipments by tracking their successful delivery to the recipient, wherever you are! All you need is to be logged in, or enter or scan your tracking number. It couldn't be simpler!

Don't hesitate to activate your notifications to be informed of the status of your shipments at key stages of their journey.

Do you have questions regarding the delivery of your package or mail? Contact our customer service via the shipment tracking feature.

Your current shipment tracking information is available from the home page. Once registered, no need to re-enter the number!

Fedex, UPS, DHL, TNT, GLS… also track shipments handled by one of the 1,036 carriers listed on the La Poste app! Enter or scan your tracking number, and the La Poste app will identify the carrier and provide you with information about your shipment.

Preparing and printing a Colissimo label, tracking your parcels, changing the delivery date or address before midnight, and finding answers to your parcel tracking questions: it couldn't be easier! With Colissimo online, you can post your parcels without leaving your home or office.

SEND YOUR REGISTERED LETTERS

Convenient and fast, you don't need a stamp, envelope, or printer!

1. Scan your document to be sent or import a PDF
Enter the recipient's address and confirm your order.

2. La Poste prints, sends, and delivers your Registered Letter
Then receive proof of posting by email and find proof of contents in your Customer Area.

3. For your recipient, nothing changes.
The registered letter is delivered to them personally by the mail carrier, against signature and identity verification.

Thanks to geolocation, the app allows you to locate post offices near you to optimize your travels and manage your shipments quickly.

CHANGE A DELIVERY

Did you receive a delivery notice while you were away? You can request a new delivery to the same address, at a post office or a collection point.

ACTIVATE YOUR READY-TO-POST REGISTERED LETTER

What is the Mobile Registered Letter? It's an all-in-one, pre-stamped registered letter, without the need for handwritten letters, and directly connected to your smartphone to facilitate the sending of sensitive mail.

This saves you time by dropping off your registered letter directly at the post office without going to the counter.
