SVCE GridShift
USE UP TO 70% LOWER-CARBON ENERGY FROM THE GRID
GridShift syncs your EV’s charging with renewable generation on the California grid. What’s more, between November and May each year, GridShift will alert you to plug in and charge on days with particularly abundant renewable generation, and reward you for your cleaner charging with credit back on your energy bill.

Automatically save on your electricity bills when you charge your EV with the GridShift app. Customers on an E-TOUC rate could save up to $100 per year; greater savings may be available on other time-of-use rates.

SET IT AND FORGET IT
Simply plug in your car at home and tell the app what time you need it charged by. GridShift takes care of the rest, choosing the cheapest and cleanest hours to charge your vehicle.

Need your car to charge right away? Override our smart-charging schedule at any time by tapping the Boost button.

SUPPORT THE POWER GRID
GridShift will alert you during critical hours during the summer months when the power grid is under strain. Avoid charging and earn points for your chance to win a $50 energy bill credit.

TRACK YOUR CHARGING AT HOME AND ON THE GO
The GridShift app tracks the energy, cost, and carbon impact of all your EV charging at home and on the go.

GridShift is currently compatible with any Tesla, Volkswagen, and Jaguar/Land Rover EVs, as well as ChargePoint internet-connected home chargers. Additional compatible vehicles and chargers will be added in the coming months.

GridShift is only available to customers of Silicon Valley Clean Energy.
