Alarm Dispatcher is a data protection-compliant solution for the transmission of operational data on smartphones. Each organization decides for itself which data it displays in the app. In the standard version, personal data remains in the offices of the organization, while only the deployment keyword and district are transmitted, but an alarm can also be sent completely without deployment text. Managers can receive more information.
As alarm input the Alarm Dispatcher Box is used by the organization. It processes signals from digital and analog radio message receivers, fax, e-mail, SMS, calls, Twitter, control center systems, etc. On the deployment monitor at the Alarm Dispatcher Box, the complete deployment information is displayed and enriched with feedback and map material. It is also possible to print out the assignment with the Alarm Dispatcher Printer.

24h monitoring
Emergency services need sleep - our monitoring system does not. It ensures that every alarm dispatcher system works reliably and informs the customer if there is low radio reception, power failure or an update is pending.
