Description
Das Besondere im Vergleich zu anderen Messenger System ist der Aufbau der App als webbasierten Messenger, d.h. Sie können über den Browser genauso chatten als auch über die beiden nativen Apps.
Der webbasierte Messenger kann leicht mit weiteren Webapplikationen, so genannten Widgets ausgebaut und verlinkt werden. Im Business Bereich sind einzelne ERP-Integrationen jederzeit möglich – wir nennen diese „chatflows“
Zusätzlich dient die chatflow-App als News Kanal für wichtige Unternehmensmeldungen an alle Mitarbeiter oder für Unternehmensbereiche.
Dateien lassen sich in Ordnerstrukturen ablegen und austauschen.
Die User können manuell angelegt werden. Ein Import der User kann über eine .csv-Datei erfolgen, als auch über eine LDAP Schnittstelle. Es steht ein Berechtigungssystem mit User-Rollen und vordefinierten Chatgruppen zur Verfügung.
Über eine Teile-Funktion lassen sich Chatnachrichten an andere Systeme, wie Mail, andere Messenger Systeme austauschen und versenden. Auch bidirektionales versenden von Aussen an die Chatflow-Messenger App ist möglich.
Es ist ein offener Messenger!
Die Privatsphäre der User steht im Vordergrund, d.h. die Mitarbeiter benutzen die chatflow-Messenger App ohne dass die persönliche Handynummer bekannt gegeben wird. Es ist möglich mit den User Login Daten sich an mehreren Geräten (PC, Tablett, Smartphone) anzumelden.
