Beskrivning
Es parte fundamental del sistema integrado de comunicación PTT o Push to Talk Over Cellular (POC) para uso de las redes de apoyo.
La App Hicity tiene las siguientes especificaciones generales:
• Comunicación PTT video/voz
Función “Push to Talk”, que permite la comunicación inmediata desde los dispositivos móviles.
• Compartir video desde el sitio donde se encuentra la emergencia en tiempo real:
Ver en tiempo real la transmisión de vídeo en el teléfono inteligente o Ordenador (disponible de grabación) voz y mensajería instantánea durante la transmisión de vídeo entre el despachador y otros usuarios.
• Localización en tiempo real y seguimiento por GPS:
Los usuarios pueden ver desde donde otros envían sus mensajes de PTT. El despachador puede comprobar y realizar un seguimiento de la información y ubicación de los usuarios.
• Cobertura:
Utilizando la red inalámbrica (LTE / 3G / Wi-Fi), servicio estable PTT sin mala recepción
• Ubicación y seguimiento:
Con Web del Administrador, proporciona funciones de gestión de información de ubicación/ servicio de seguimiento y el canal / usuario.
• Botón de emergencia:
Compatible con la función SOS para ayudar a los usuarios enviar / recibir mensajes de emergencia cada uno.
• Mensaje de alerta:
El administrador puede enviar mensajes de alerta a cada canal.
• Grabación de comunicaciones:
El sistema almacena y registra el histórico de conversaciones en archivos de voz y/o video.
Los usuarios que usan los dispositivos móviles de comunicación PTT – PoC pueden descargar la aplicación compatible para Android en Google Play Store.
