คำอธิบาย
Many people use music to reduce sensory overload, including some people with autism. The downside is that headphones can make it hard to hear a caregiver, parent, partner, or friend. Whisper fixes that with offline Bluetooth voice notes that play clearly over music by briefly lowering the music volume (“ducking”), then restoring it.
Two simple modes
Receiver (User)
* Keep listening to music with headphones.
* Get short voice notes from a trusted paired device.
* Whisper ducks music, plays the message, then returns music to normal.
Sender (Caregiver)
* Choose the receiver device (paired via Bluetooth).
* Press and hold the mic button to record.
* Release to send instantly.
Made for real-world situations
* Works without internet (great for flights, travel, or low-signal areas).
* Bluetooth only between paired devices.
Privacy-first
* No ads
* No analytics
* No in-app purchases
* Whisper doesn’t send any data to the developer
Permissions
* Bluetooth: connect to the paired device and deliver messages
* Microphone (Sender mode): record voice notes
* Foreground service notification (Receiver mode): stay ready to receive in the background
Whisper is minimal, fast, and focused—so communication stays easy, even when headphones are necessary.
