Mit einer Vielzahl an Funktionen wie einen Newsticker, Chats, Absenzenverwaltung, einem Umfragetool, Dateiablagen und vielem mehr hilft PUPIL Connect, den Alltag an Schulen zu vereinfachen.
PUPIL Connect kann unabhängig oder als integraler Bestandteil der All-in-One Schulmanagement-Software PUPIL verwendet werden. Eingebunden in PUPIL stehen Klassen- und Kursgruppen automatisch, ohne Eingabe von Telefonnummern zur Verfügung und Informationen aus anderen Modulen können innerhalb der App verwendet werden. Diese Vernetzung bringt eine starke Vereinfachung des ganzen Prozesses und eine Reduktion von Doppelspurigkeiten und Fehlerquellen in der Verwaltung, über das Klassenzimmer bis hin zur Kommunikation mit Lernenden und Eltern.
- Für Eltern: Sie erhalten schulische Informationen wie zum Beispiel Elternbriefe einfach und bequem digital. Zudem können Sie an Umfragen teilnehmen sowie Absenzen, kurze Mitteilungen oder Sprachnachrichten benutzerfreundlich an die Lehrpersonen übermitteln. Sprachliche Barrieren werden mittels einer integrierten Übersetzungsfunktion problemlos überwunden. Familien mit Kindern an unterschiedlichen Schulen können mit Hilfe der App bequem zwischen den Standorten im Menü des Messengers wechseln.
- Für Lehrpersonen: Mit PUPIL Connect erreichen Sie datenschutzkonform alle Beteiligten der Schule. Sie habe die volle Kontrolle über Chats: Wechseln Sie beliebig zwischen One-Way (nur Sie dürfen schreiben) und offener Konversation (alle dürfen schreiben). Sie können überdies per Klick Lesebestätigungen Ihrer Nachrichten einfordern, um zu jeder Zeit einen Überblick über den Status Ihrer gesendeten Nachrichten zu haben. Individuelle Erreichbarkeitszeiten können Sie ganztägig oder wiederkehrend für bestimmte Tage oder Uhrzeiten festlegen.
- Für Schulleitungen: Über PUPIL Connect können Sie Informationen an die komplette Schulgemeinschaft versenden. Sie entscheiden dabei, ob Sie die Nachricht direkt oder zeitversetzt zu einem individuell festgelegten Zeitpunkt veröffentlichen möchten. Durch die Lesebestätigungsfunktion haben Sie bei Bedarf stets einen Überblick über den Status Ihrer gesendeten Nachrichten. Sie haben zudem die Möglichkeit, komplexe Texte bequem am Computer über den Webzugang zu verfassen.
