Runs In The Background
The timer will run in the background and can play audio or vibration alerts, even when the phone is locked! This lets you use your device for other things while exercising or lets you keep it stored safely in your pocket.
Easy to Use
An intuitive user interface lets you get up and going instantly. No messing around in pages and pages of settings.
Aesthetic Progress Bars
A simple visual design allows you to determine your progress at a glance, both within the current set and within the whole exercise.
Audio and Vibration Alerts
Audio and Vibration alerts let you know when to transition between preparing, working, resting, or cooldown so you don't have to watch your device. Alerts can be toggled on or off separately.
Pause/Resume
Pause and resume the timer at will.
Save/Load Configurations
Save and load any number of workout configurations. The app comes with the standard Tabata configuration preloaded (8 sets of alternating 20 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest). It also comes with a configuration for stretching.
Notification Icon and Buttons
Pause, resume, or stop the timer from the notification bar, no need to open the app!
Screen Lock
Optionally lock the screen so the device does not idle.
