Description
Mit der FrachtPilot App können sie ihre online erstellten Liefertouren
vollständig digital fahren.
Die Touren und Lieferscheine werden dabei auf das Handy Ihrer Fahrer*in heruntergeladen, sodass ihre Fahrer*in unabhängig vom Handynetz papierlos liefern kann. Der aktuelle Status der Liefertour wird dabei bei bestehender Verbindung ständig synchronisiert, sodass Sie im FrachtPilot-Cockpit immer alles im Blick haben. Änderungen des Lieferscheins werden digital dokumentiert und von der Kund*in mit Unterschrift bestätigt. Ebenso ist eine Zustelldokumentation mit Foto möglich.
- Navigation zum nächsten Stopp per Schnellkarte oder Google Maps
- Anpassen der Bestellung vor Ort. Egal ob Ändern, Löschen oder Hinzufügen von Bestellpositionen.
- Digitale Unterschrift vor Ort. Der Kunde unterschreibt und bekommt kurz darauf den unterschriebenen Lieferschein per Mail.
- Dokumentieren sie Ihre Lieferung mit einem Foto. So können sie bei Abwesenheit des Kunden statt Unterschrift ein "Beweisbild" auf den Lieferschein setzen.
- Dokumentieren sie Zahlungen: Falls Ihr Fahrer auf der Tour tanken muss, oder sie barzahlende Kunden haben, können sie alle diese Zahlungen direkt festhalten. Die Daten werden dann direkt an die Buchhaltung des FrachtPiloten übermittelt. Den theoretischen Barbetrag in der entsprechenden Kasse und die aktuellen Guthaben der Kunden haben sie so immer im Blick.
- Nutzen sie das Notizsystem des FrachtPiloten auch von unterwegs. Der Fahrer kann schnell neue Notizen anlegen und die bestehenden einsehen und bearbeiten.
