IEBVA
"Em abril de 1952 iniciou-se como ponto de pregação o trabalho Batista em Vila Antonieta, subdistrito do Tatuapé. Na Ocasião as reuniões eram realizadas num pequeno salão na rua Petrobrás, número 83 em Vila Antonieta. Após lutas e persistência o trabalho teve o seu objetivo alcançado, e tornou-se congregação da Igreja Batista em Nova Jerusalém, em dezembro de 1960.
Na época, esteve à frente o pastor Alcides Franco, pastor daquela igreja. Este amado pastor e o diretor da congregação, começaram a fazer os preparativos para a organização da Igreja Evangélica Batista em Vila Antonieta, que se deu efetivamente em 12 de setembro de 1964, quando a igreja foi organizada com 41 membros, com a participação de muitos convidados.
Hoje continuamos com fé a realizar a obra do Senhor. Somos em mais de 300 membros, e temos 10 ministérios, incluindo um instituto, o qual denominamos ""Instituto Arnaldo Moraes de Miranda"". Neste último, concentramos nossas realizações na área do serviço social, ou seja, alfabetização de adultos, escola teológica com curso básico em Teologia I e II, consultório dentário, bem como distribuição de cesta básica e roupas, procurando atender as necessidades da nossa comunidade e amigos."
