Dit is het onderdeel voor realtime jobregistratie op de werf. Er kan geopteerd worden om elke medewerker individueel te laten registreren of de ploegchef kan de registratie doen voor de mensen van zijn ploeg.
CRM
Met deze module kunnen de klantgegevens en contactpersoonsgegevens (naam, adres, telefoonnr, email) geraadpleegd worden. Van hieruit kan heel gemakkelijk de routeplanner gestart worden naar het klantadres, een nieuwe mail aangemaakt worden of een telefoongesprek worden gestart.
Docmaster
Hiermee kan de gebruiker foto's of andere documenten (PDF, Word en Excel) uploaden naar het bestandsbeheer per project in Admin2Win. Met de downloadfunctie kunnen ook 1 of meerdere vaste submappen ter beschikking gesteld worden voor de mobiele app voor het raadplegen van de documenten (foto's, PDF, Word en Excel) die bij het project in Admin2Win werden geplaatst.
Planning/Projectagenda
Mobiele medewerkers hebben via hun smartphone of tablet een realtime zicht op hun individuele planning.
