We believe that understanding your mind should be simple, stigma-free, and empowering. Our tools and content are educational in nature — we are not a provider of psychiatric or counseling services, and we do not diagnose, treat, or manage mental health conditions.
Appa is not a substitute for therapy or professional care. If you are in crisis or need mental health support, please contact a licensed professional or a local helpline.
We only collect information necessary to provide and improve the Appa experience.
