Sistema utiliza smartphones para rastreamento de cargas, registro de entregas e ocorrência.
O dinamismo promovido pelas tecnologias é uma realidade nas soluções da Neolog. Por meio de dispositivos móveis (celulares, smartphones ou tablets) integrados ao Cockpit Logístico, os embarcadores tem visibilidade em tempo real sobre a operação de transportes. Assim, o usuário conta com um valioso recurso na gestão da atividade, garantindo seu nível de serviços.
Como funciona
A plataforma Mobile recebe dados de geolocalização e informações do transporte de um dispositivo móvel, que acompanha o a carga (com condutor do veículo). Dessa forma, o sistema passa a monitorar a viagem, apresentando informações estratégicas para a gerência, que reúne os dados de toda a operação. Munido desses recursos, o usuário pode:
» Rastrear os veículos: o sistema acompanha o trajeto realizado pelo condutor por meio de sinais de geolocalização.
» Visualizar comprovantes de entregas e registro de recusas: os responsáveis pela entrega da carga capturam fotografias, que ficam registradas no sistema para comprovar a realização de entregas. Da mesma forma, o software registra a recusa de entrega cargas.
» Tomar ações pró-ativas em caso de ocorrências: ao monitorar cada viagem e acompanhando o movimento de toda sua malha em tempo real, o usuário pode tomar medidas antecipadas ou de maneira ágil em caso de ocorrências que prejudiquem o transporte (e, consequentemente, o SLA).
Mobilidade em todas as pontas
O aplicativo que irá conectar a Torre de Controle ficará disponível na loja Google Play e poderá ser instalado em qualquer smartphone na plataforma Android.
Assim, os condutores dos veículos utilizados no transporte da carga podem acessar de um celular, um smartphone ou um tablet,as seguintes funções:
» Informar status do transporte
» Consulta de rota programada
» Apontamento de ocorrências
» Registro de atendimento ao cliente
» Foto de recibo de entrega
» Visualizar rotas programadas
