目前市面上的解決方案，大多採用套裝MES軟體、SCADA圖控軟體、或客製化軟體，這些系統的軟硬體建置費用，皆為數百萬元以上，每年還需收取：15~20%的軟體維護費用，工廠內部還需聘請資訊人員配合，建置完成時間高達半年以上，費用與難度之高，大幅降低公司、工廠導入之意願。
