Description
Expenses and Income: Has your roommate paid for you? Flatlife takes care of that!
The finance function shows you which roommate currently owes how much money (or gets).
Simply pay for your roommates. You can easily enter the costs: as a fixed amount, percentage-wise, or weighted.
Completely individual for each participant. We not only support expenses. You can also conveniently distribute repayments (for example, reimbursements from contracts) to your roommates.
Do you use a shared bank account? Simply add it to Flatlife and manage the account's inflows and outflows as well as the respective amounts owed.
Tasks (Cleaning Schedule): Flatlife reminds you so you never forget a task. Promise ;)
With the task list, you can distribute tasks fairly without losing track. Award more points for challenging tasks (maybe a cake for the points winner?).
Assign tasks to multiple roommates simultaneously. Automatically repeat the task as you wish. We automatically assign the task to the next preset roommates after completion.
Create detailed subtasks: So everyone knows what to do.
Shopping List: Stay up to date on your roommates' wishes.
Are you on the go and need to shop quickly? Great. Just buy for the whole household. (You can easily split the expenses). We'll help you with that.
Create a shopping list by categories. Mark the most important purchases with a star. Do you like to shop together? Cool! We'll help you. Flatlife synchronizes the shopping list in real-time.
You'll immediately see if your roommate removes or adds something from the list.
Contract Management: Overview is key.
Add all contracts of your household with all important details. Flatlife lists them and shows you all the important information.
We remind you of termination deadlines in time. Distribute the contract costs among your roommates and let Flatlife automatically monitor the costs.
Chat: Quickly discuss something without switching apps?
We've integrated a group chat. Use it to quickly discuss a few things. Having visitors? This is the place to inform your roommates.
