Has your staff ever misplaced an inspection report or do you ever wonder where your staff is at and what time they are completing company property inspections?
With InspectCloud you will never wonder again. Our mobile app system allows broker/owners to cut expenses while allowing their employees to get more accomplished with more accuracy. It allows property managers to implement the “Inspections on Autopilot” system and this saves our property managers time and money.
HERES HOW IT WORKS:
Step 1) DAILY LIST- Your property inspector can pull up their daily inspection list with GPS map and directions to the properties as well as an organized calendar view.
Step 2) INSPECTION WITH PHOTOS- Using check boxes and comments on their touch screen they complete the property inspections faster and attach photos for each room using their mobile device.
Step 3) COMPLETE/SYNC- They hit sync and the property inspections can be accessed through any internet connection anywhere. They can then be emailed to owners, printed, or even sent directly to owners from their mobile device with the companies branding.

SIDE BY SIDE MOVE IN/OUT REPORTS- With our award winning automated side by side Move-In/Out reports you will never have to worry about missing items for damages again. InspectCloud automatically tracks and highlights the differences from your move in inspections and places the photos for complete overview of the properties move in vs out condition.
TOTAL COMMUNICATION FEATURE- is a complete automated communication system that was built right into InspectCloud and was designed to keep everyone informed.
Example:
Inspector Assignment- From the second a property is assigned to an inspector they receive a notification message on their mobile device alerting them of the assignment.
Tenant Notice- The tenant/resident also receives an email alerting them of the scheduled inspection time.
Broker/Manager- Once the inspection is completed the broker/manager receives an email notification that it was completed with a downloadable link to the report.
Inspector- The inspector also receives the download link in their inbox as well.
Property Owner- Furthermore the inspector can email the inspection to the property owner directly if they choose directly from the app using the mobile or the web app.
End Result- Everyone in the office stays informed and you can also manage who receives these emails in your office under the settings in your Inspect & Cloud web app.
ADVERTISING PHOTOS ORGANIZATION- Keep all your marketing photos organized with the Adv Pic button and you will always be able to access your photos while never having to worry about which photo is for what room again. Our marketing photo layout is just something else designed to make life easier for keeping track of all your adv photos so you can eliminate the office digital camera.
