ODONTOSOFT È L’APP PER LA GESTIONE DEL FLUSSO DI LAVORO DI LABORATORI ODONTOTECNICI E ORTODONTICI
L’APP OdontoSoft è stata studiata per migliorare e semplificare il flusso di lavoro e la comunicazione tra il Laboratorio e lo Studio Dentistico.
Integrata con il software gestionale ed il portale web OdontoSoft, l’APP mette a disposizione diverse funzionalità per avere sotto controllo la tua azienda anche in mobilità:
ACCESSO PERSONALIZZATO
L’app prevede tre diversi profili di accesso: Laboratorio, Studio, Prescrittore.
L’accesso dedicato agli utenti del laboratorio fornisce numerose funzionalità tra cui:
- Azienda (per consultare i tuoi dati aziendali),
- Clienti (consultazione dati del cliente e rubrica contatti),
- Mappa (dislocazione dei clienti su mappa),
- Consultazione prescrizione (elenco di tutti i lavori per periodo, cliente, medico).

- Gestione delle Skills
- Gestione cataloghi e link utili
Tramite l’accesso cliente o prescrittore, invece, lo studio ha la possibilità di consultare i dati del laboratorio, consultare e scaricare le proprie fatture e soprattutto inserire ordini di lavorazioni grazie alle funzionalità del portale e della APP OdontoSoft.
E’ possibile inserire le prescrizioni mediche attraverso la selezione delle prestazioni su odontogramma, con la possibilità di aggiungere file .stl, immagini, video ed altro materiale necessario e richiedere ritiri dei lavori.
MESSAGGISTICA INTEGRATA
La funzione chat consente di scambiare note e commenti su ogni singolo lavoro tra Studio e laboratorio; una pratica e potente timeline mostra l’evoluzione della situazione dall’inserimento del lavoro, passando dalla prova paziente fino alla consegna finale. Nella sezione allegati viene riportato il fascicolo digitale contenente le certificazioni del lavoro.
Inoltre, tramite una pratica chat interna, i collaboratori del Laboratorio possono comunicare e scambiarsi informazioni su specifici casi clinici.
ACQUISIZIONE AUTOMATICA DI ORDINI
Nel gestionale OdontoSoft, l’ordine di lavorazione inserito da portale o APP, unitamente a tutti i file inseriti dallo Studio, verrà acquisito in automatico assicurando ampi risparmi di tempo nelle procedure interne.
Al termine della lavorazione, le certificazioni prodotte saranno rese disponibili al cliente, che potrà agevolmente scaricarle via APP o tramite il relativo portale OdontoSoft. Tutte le commesse possono essere filtrate per cliente, Medico, periodo e stato di avanzamento.
AVANZAMENTO DELLA PRODUZIONE
Direttamente dalla APP è possibile effettuare l’avanzamento della produzione, indicando le lavorazioni effettuate, i materiali ed i lotti utilizzati. Scopri la comodità di gestire le commessa da smartphone o tablet!
