We're a team of former healthcare workers who've experienced the issues with outdated paper schedules and old-fashioned rota systems first-hand. So we've created a purpose built rota solution for healthcare.
Quick & easy account activation
Relax as your account is created for you and approved by your employer. Then, simply activate your Patchwork Rota account via email to access your pre-loaded rota and key information. And, if you ever need to update your personal information, change it at any time from our customisable profile page.
Instant visibility over your upcoming shifts
Patchwork Rota's homepage provides a snapshot of your upcoming shifts for the week ahead so you can keep tabs on your schedule. You can also view your entire schedule on our intuitive, colour-coded calendar view, and see at a glance if you're on a day or night shift.
Request holiday and manage absences
You don't need to use another system to submit holiday requests or handle sick leave. Manage everything in one place, receive updates on your sign-off, and leave the system to automatically book you off the rotation.
Easily view your team's rota
With one click, switch between your own personal rota and your team's schedule for the upcoming rotation. With visibility across the whole team, there will be no last-minute surprises.
Book extra shifts on your terms
Patchwork Rota integrates with Patchwork Bank, making it easy to browse and book additional shifts at times that suits you.

- The warm weather seems set to stay, and this release is hot off the press. In it, we've introduced the ability to request time off in lieu (TOIL) from the 'My Leave' tab. You can also now view all active and past TOIL records, including both TOIL accrued from exception reports or for other reasons.
