Description
Giải pháp tập trung vào việc truy xuất nguồn gốc, trạng thái luân chuyển và lịch sử vận hành của từng bình Gas, mang đến sự kiểm soát chặt chẽ từ nhà máy – trạm chiết – công ty phân phối – đến đại lý và người tiêu dùng cuối. Ứng dụng góp phần xây dựng hệ sinh thái quản lý thông minh, hướng đến chuyển đổi số và quản trị minh bạch trong ngành năng lượng.
Các chức năng chính nổi bật:
Xuất bình và xuất vỏ: Cho phép các đơn vị ghi nhận nhanh chóng quá trình xuất hàng (bao gồm cả bình chứa và vỏ bình) đến các điểm tiêu thụ hoặc phân phối, giúp theo dõi dòng chảy vật tư theo thời gian thực.
Nhập vỏ và hồi lưu: Ghi nhận việc nhận lại các vỏ bình từ đối tác, trạm chiết hoặc khách hàng, đảm bảo vòng đời bình được theo dõi và tối ưu hoá chu trình tái sử dụng.
Bán hàng: Hỗ trợ các đơn vị kinh doanh cập nhật thông tin bán hàng tại điểm bán lẻ, đại lý hoặc trực tiếp đến khách hàng cuối cùng; đồng thời tích hợp khả năng đối chiếu nhanh số lượng và trạng thái bình.
Thống kê và báo cáo: Cung cấp hệ thống báo cáo trực quan, thống kê linh hoạt theo từng công ty con, khu vực, trạm chiết, đối tác hoặc khách hàng. Lãnh đạo doanh nghiệp dễ dàng nắm bắt dữ liệu điều hành từ tổng thể đến chi tiết.
Ứng dụng hỗ trợ phân quyền theo vai trò (nhân viên, quản lý, đối tác, khách hàng), tích hợp công nghệ mã QR để truy xuất nhanh chóng thông tin bình, giúp giảm thất thoát, tăng độ tin cậy, và nâng cao uy tín thương hiệu trong mắt khách hàng.
