Block distracting websites and apps with ReDD Block — an open-source focus tool built on our 10+ years of research into digital distraction at the University of Oxford (reddfocus.org/research).

Create custom blocklists, choose how long to block, and decide how
difficult it should be to override a session early.

Website Blocking Block distracting websites across all browsers
instantly.

App Blocking Automatically minimise distracting apps while a block is
active.

Custom Blocklists Create and organise multiple blocklists for different
contexts.

Override Protection Set your own difficulty level for cancelling blocks

Always On Blocks continue running even when the app is closed.
