► Provide instructions on the loading and unloading process (e.g. ‘Heavy – take care during loading and unloading’, ‘Do not stack’, etc.).
► Collect digital signatures of personnel responsible for loading and unloading.
► Use call function to redirect your call to the registered personnel responsible for loading and unloading (standard phone service provider fees applicable based on your provider).
► Note deviations in loading and unloading and the extent of the deviation.
► Keep track of stock levels at each of your sites.
► Establish a chain of custody for the part during loading, transport and unloading.
