Description
Il terminale di rilevazione presenze, completamente configurabile, direttamente sul tuo smartphone Android.
Per qualunque tipologia di timbratura (presenze, produzione, check- in) da effettuare al di fuori del luogo di lavoro (senza quindi la disponibiltà di un terminale di rilevazione tradizionale), Squid trasforma il tuo dispositivo Android in un terminale completo, funzionante in qualunque località.
Permette la localizzazione precisa della timbratura, la registrazione di informazioni aggiuntive, la lettura di tag NFC ed il tracking continuo del device.
ATTENZIONE
La configurazione dell'app e il download delle timbrature viene gestita dal datore di lavoro tramite il portale https://squid.elcosistemi.net; l'utilizzo delle funzionalità dell'app prevede il pagamento di un canone mensile a carico del datore di lavoro, senza il quale le timbrature non sono in alcun modo utilizzabili al di fuori dell'app stessa.
AUTORIZZAZIONI
Per funzionare l'applicazione necessita di alcuni permessi
- Lettura stato telefono: l'applicazione accede allo stato del telefono per leggere l'identificativo univoco dello stesso e associarsi quindi al device
- Internet: l'applicazione invia tramite internet (wi-fi o connessione tramite rete cellulare *) le timbrature effettuate al portale https://squid.elcosistemi.net in tempo reale o su richiesta
- Sms: se configurata, l'applicazione potrebbe inviare dei messaggi sms* ad un numero (determinato dal datore di lavoro)
- Posizione: se previsto dalla configurazione, l'applicazione localizza l'utente per associare la posizione al momento della timbratura; normalmente la localizzazione è limitata al periodo in cui l'applicazione è attiva; è tuttavia presente, se previsto dalla configurazione, una modalità di tracking continuo, ad intervalli regolari, attivata in ogni caso manualmente dall'utente
* in base al contratto con il gestore di telefonia mobile, questo potrebbe comportare un costo indipendente dall'applicazione
PRIVACY
Fatta eccezione per l'identificativo univoco del telefono (come indicato sopra), l'applicazione non accede a nessun dato presente nel telefono stesso (telefonate, messaggi, rubrica, ecc.).
La localizzazione è attiva solo contestualmente all'apertura dell'applicazione stessa; un'eventuale modalità di tracking è disponibile ma solo se attivata manualmente dall'utente.
