Thanks to this app, you will no longer forget about review dates, appointments, test dates. This simple free application allows you to fully configure it exactly according to the requirements of the person who uses it, regardless of whether he is a secretary, salesman, service technician, or any other specialist whose work results depend on keeping their deadlines.
- If you are a service technician you can configure the application as follows:
You enter and keep your customers updated. You create a database of the equipment they use (cash registers, refrigerators, air conditioners, gas stoves, photovoltaics) with their serial number, you specify inspection dates and IT’S DONE.
Now the application will remind you as many times as you want and when you want ( configuration ) about the upcoming inspection date. You will no longer miss any inspection appointments at your customer's site.
- If you are responsible for a fleet of cars, the Timetable application will remind you of technical inspection dates, registration inspections, tire replacement dates or insurance expiration dates.
- It is also an application for human resources, it will remind you of the dates of cyclic occupational health examinations, dates of required training or certification.
- the administrator can use the Schedule application to remember the dates of inspections of equipment: elevators, boilers, ventilation ducts or gas installations.
