Tutopia Tracker
Tutopia Learning App tried to reach the maximum number of students across West Bengal introducing them to new-age learning. This app is a revolutionary step in introducing online learning to West Bengal Board students.
Bengali medium students have never experienced 360-degree learning with live classes, online mock tests, video lessons and high-quality teaching prior to Tutopia Learning App.
Our Tutopia Tracker App takes that mission forward on the ground level.

Tutopia Tracker App has been designed precisely to monitor the location progress of our field representatives. We have ensured that our application proves beneficial not just for the back-end team but also for our representatives on-site. We aim to make their work progression smooth.

One can easily view the location of the representatives on the field and track their progression. This location monitoring can be done on an hourly basis. In order to make the communication transparent, we have also introduced manual location input.
Field representatives can input their location on their own as well. They can send their own locations and check the progression from their end as well. We have curtailed any rigid guidelines and made this a mutual helping help. We aim to have a rewarding work relation with our representatives in this app.

The reports can be viewed on the app itself about when a representative started and finished their site visitation. The representatives themselves can also view these reports in order to keep track of their work. This makes it easier for them to know the locations they have covered and the ones they need to visit in the provided time frame.

Target acquisition and its growth are kept in check with a proper report system with the help of the Tutopia Tracker App.

There is also the option to keep a datasheet of the number of days one was present/absent and even the week offs. It is a systematic layout.
The use of access is another perk of this tracker application. We have designed it in such a manner that everyone finds it lucid to use and update their locations.
