Description
Com um visual simples, o usuário tem uma visão panorâmica do dia-a-dia de trabalho, com uma lista de atividades do dia (Doing), atividades já feitas (Done) e a se fazer (To do), sendo que cada atividade possui uma pontuação específica que permite que ele acompanhe seu desempenho e produtividade no trabalho e vida pessoal, e, evolua de nível com o passar do tempo. Essa pontuação fica registrada em um menu de extrato de pontos, onde é possível verificar o histórico de pontuação do usuário.
Ao clicar nas atividades listadas do dia é possível realizar algumas ações, como suspender uma atividade ou cancela-la, ou até mesmo replanejar a data de execução.
Como todo jogo, existem emblemas que identificam o nível do jogador, por isso no WorkPlayer foi criado o conceito das cartas. As cartas ficam registradas no perfil do usuário e indicam o nível de habilidades e de conhecimento em determinada área ou tecnologia. Elas são úteis tanto para gratificar quanto para estimular o desejo do usuário de obter um nível de “jogo” mais desafiador ao longo do tempo. Também é possível navegar no perfil de outros usuários para verificar quais cartas ele possui.
Alguns dos benefícios da aplicação são:
Objetivos: metas bem definidas que devem ser alcançadas pelo jogador, listadas na tela principal.
Pontuação: Usar e manter pontuações para estabelecer status, mensurar resultados e tangibilizar realizações individuais.
Cartas: Um indicador de realização ou o domínio de uma habilidade.
Dashboards: Mostram quem são os usuários que lideram os rankings de resultados, prazos e entregas de projetos, etc.
