คำอธิบาย
Fuerza de Ventas acudirá al punto de venta y realizará el proceso de devolución conforme al motivo de la falla:
Falla de Congelador al 100%,
Falla de Energía Eléctrica al 50%,
Producto Caduco al 100%
Realizará el conteo de la merma y generará ticket de valoración en el dispositivo, posteriormente emitirá el ticket de pedido de nota de crédito, a la par de solicitar al líder de tienda la captura de los 6 últimos dígitos de la NDCred.
Compartida y capturada esta información, Fuerza de Ventas solicitará al líder de tienda impresión de su ticket por devolución para cruce de sellos de OXXO-UL y firma de conformidad de la devolución generada.
Fuerza de Ventas realizará el retiro de la merma, a la par de digitalizar mediante la App de Boomerang en un espacio firme, el pedido de nota de crédito, el ticket de devolución del cliente y hoja de orden de servicio (en caso de aplicar) en tan solo unos sencillos pasos que no les tomará más de 1 minuto.
El estatus de cada notificación será actualizado automáticamente conforme al registro y seguimiento de la devolución, brindando en tiempo real visibilidad de las devoluciones No Compensadas, partiendo de la fecha de devolución y el tiempo en que es atendido cada caso por el responsable.

A todo lo pendiente se le asignará color “Rojo”.
A las NDCred emitidas con 15 días de desfase “Amarillo”.
A las NDCred generadas en tiempo “Verde”.
