Descriere
Securely erase and permanently delete photos, files and empty space so deleted data becomes extremely difficult to recover — even with recovery apps or forensic tools. Run a wipe before you sell, trade in, recycle, repair or hand over your device. Create erasure reports for your records and reduce privacy risks when a device changes hands.
WHY NORMAL DELETION ISN’T ENOUGH
On Android, “delete” often removes only directory entries. The underlying data blocks can remain on storage and may be found later by recovery software. Even a basic factory reset may not remove every trace of previously stored content. iShredder overwrites empty space and selected areas multiple times using certified methods, helping remove traces of old data (not just “hidden”). This is especially useful after you’ve deleted many files or uninstalled apps.
CERTIFIED, MILITARY‑GRADE ERASURE
Choose wiping algorithms based on trusted standards such as DoD 5220.22‑M, NIST SP 800‑88, BSI TL‑03423 and more. Multi‑pass overwriting with carefully chosen patterns makes recovery extremely difficult and is commonly used for high‑sensitivity data.
