Jeśli jesteś mieszkańcem, to dzięki Lupe możesz:
- zgłaszać różne problemy, takie jak: awarie, dziury w drogach, złą organziację ruchu i inne problemy
- kontrolować ich obsługę przez odpowiednie władze
- otrzymywać natychmiastowe informacje o ważnych sprawach i wydarzeniach w Twojej okolicy.
Władzom lokalnym i innym służbom Lupe pozwala na:
- otrzymywanie od mieszkańców informacji o różnych problemach,
- kontrolować proces ich obsługi przez odpowiednie służby,
- informować mieszkańców o ich załatwieniu,
- przekazywać mieszkańcom ważne informacje, np. planowane remonty, ważne wydarzenia kulturalne itp.
Lupe może stać się ważnym elementem budowania przez samorządy i inne instytucje społeczeństwa obywatelskiego poprzez angażowanie mieszkańców w dbanie o swoje miejsce zamieszkania - najbliższą okolicę, miejscowość, gminę.
