คำอธิบาย
Buscando estreitar o relacionamento e promover o desenvolvimento social nas comunidades no entorno de usinas hidrelétricas, foi criado o Programa de relacionamento PROX.
Desde 2005, a Empresa realiza uma série de ações que visa à integração com as comunidades das áreas de influência das usinas que sofrem com períodos de secas prolongadas ou cheias intensas, num relacionamento focado no esclarecimento da população. Além de repassar informações, esse programa acolhe demandas da população e estabelece parcerias com lideranças locais, órgãos e atores responsáveis pela segurança e prevenção dos efeitos das enchentes como Defesa Civil, Corpo de Bombeiros e Polícia Militar, além da imprensa regional.
Ampliando o escopo do Programa, o aplicativo tem o objetivo de ser mais um canal de informações para as populações influenciadas pela variação dos níveis dos rios. Por ele é possível acompanhar a operação das usinas, cadastrar seus endereços pessoais e receber alertas de cheias..
