Timer Flow is an easy-to-use, hands-free interval timer app for workouts, exercise routines, meditation, cooking, practice sessions, running, stretching, circuit training, and more. Timers auto-advance from one to the next — no need to stop what you're doing to silence an alarm. Create a sequence of countdown timers and let them run. Stay focused on your activity, not your phone.

Try the built-in example flows (like Tabata intervals and HIIT) or create your own custom timer sequences with color coding, repeating blocks, and optional audio/visual feedback.
