คำอธิบาย
A simple (non-UX engineer simple) workout timer designed to guide you through every phase of your training—warm‑up, workout sets, reps, rest intervals, and cool‑down—without ever touching your phone. WorkoutTimerPP features:
- Customizable routines: Define the number of sets, reps per set, rest‑between‑reps and rest‑between‑sets durations, plus named exercises for each set.
- Voice guidance: Hear automatic announcements like “Warm‑up,” “Starting workout, Set 1 Push‑ups, Rep 1,” “Last rep,” “Rest for 30 seconds,” and more—keeping you focused on your form.
- Audio cues: A subtle beep five seconds before each interval ends helps you prepare; unique end‑of‑set and end‑of‑workout sounds mark your progress.
- Dark / Light themes: Toggle between modes for perfect visibility in any environment.
- Data‑driven toggles: Enable or disable any announcement or sound effect to suit your style.
