You have different task to complete initial task are describe here:
1st task: Fill oil from petrol station and go to hospital
2nd task: There is an accident in highway provide emergency rescue services to people there and take them to city hospital.
3rd task: A city's famous shopping mall is in fire provide your fire brigade services in your fire truck to the people there .They may also need ambulance so go there make loud ambulance siren so people know the rescue is coming for them.
4th task: Army area has blast as now days war is on its peak, so some enemies throw fire balls there many people injured go to rescue people in time.
