The app is used to scan and validate QR codes for:
- Event e-tickets
- Wristband tickets
- Authorization letters (Surat Kuasa)
Snaptix Scanner supports multiple operating modes to ensure reliability and security in various venue conditions:
- Online mode (real-time server validation)
- Offline mode (local validation when internet is unavailable)
- Intranet mode (local network / LAN-based validation)
- Hybrid modes:
- Offline + Online
- Online + Intranet
- Always Offline
- Always Intranet
These modes allow the app to function reliably in outdoor venues, crowded areas, or locations with unstable or no internet connection, while minimizing the risk of fraud and duplicate ticket usage.
No personal user data is collected from ticket holders. The app is intended for event staff and organizers only.
