Wir sind Bauunternehmen, Baustoffhändler, Baustoff- und Betonfertigteilproduzent. Das Familienunternehmen Ing. Hans Lang GmbH wurde 1931 als Bauunternehmen von Ing. Hans Lang gegründet und bietet heute mit seinen über 420 Mitarbeiter*innen Privat- und Gewerbekunden sämtliche Produkte und Dienstleistungen rund um das Thema Bauen an.
Der Firmensitz befindet sich in Terfens/Vomperbach im Tiroler Unterland, weitere Standorte betreiben wir in Fritzens, Jenbach, Aschau im Zillertal, Oberndorf bei Kitzbühel und Oberschleißheim bei München.
Moderne Form der Weiterbildung
Mit digitalisierter Bildung lässt sich die Effektivität von Schulungen erhöhen und die Nachhaltigkeit des erworbenen Wissens belegen. In Ergänzung zu erfolgreich etablierten Weiterbildungskanälen bildet die mobile App von MEIN LANG dort weiter, wo die Praxis beginnt. Sie bietet Lern-Content, wo er benötigt wird. In kleinen Häppchen für zwischendurch. Immer und überall. Kurz und knackig, flexibel und modular.
Microtraining per App ist Lernen am Smartphone und in kleinen Schritten. Das mobile Lernkonzept lässt zeitliche und räumliche Flexibilität zu und ermöglicht ein selbstgesteuertes und individualisiertes Lernerlebnis, das – in weiterer Folge – der nachhaltigen Wissenssicherung dient. Die Inhalte werden in kurzen und kompakten Lernkarten und Videos präsentiert, die jederzeit und überall abgerufen werden können. Auch der Lernfortschritt kann stets überprüft werden.
Innovative Aus- und Weiterbildung
Die Qualität und die ständige Weiterentwicklung der eigenen Mitarbeiter*innen und der externen Partner stellt für MEIN LANG höchste Priorität dar, um das eigene Geschäftsmodell effektiv und sinnvoll voranzubringen.
Generell sind die Fragenkomplexe so aufbereitet, dass sie interaktiv bearbeitet werden können. Alle Inhalte sind einfach abrufbar, können schnell aktualisiert und sowohl extern als auch intern skaliert werden. Zudem lassen sich Lernfortschritte beobachten und Lernimpulse setzen, wo sie nötig sind.
Die Strategie – so geht Lernen heute
MEIN LANG nutzt für den digitalen Wissenstransfer die Methode des Microtrainings. Dabei wird die Essenz verschiedenster Wissensinhalte kompakt aufbereitet und durch kurze und aktive Lernschritte vertieft. Beim klassischen Lernen kommt dafür ein Algorithmus zur Anwendung. Die Fragen sind in zufälliger Reihenfolge zu bearbeiten. Wird eine Frage falsch beantwortet, kommt sie später noch einmal – solange, bis sie in der Lerneinheit dreimal in Folge richtig beantwortet wird.
Zusätzlich zum klassischen Lernen wird auch Level-Lernen angeboten. Im Level-Lernen werden die Fragen vom System in drei Levels gegliedert und im Zufallsprinzip abgefragt. Zwischen den einzelnen Levels gibt es eine Verschnaufpause, um den Inhalt bestmöglich zu speichern. Dies ist notwendig, um einen hirngerechten und nachhaltigen Wissenserwerb zu erzielen. Ein Abschlusstest macht den Lernfortschritt sichtbar und zeigt, wo mögliche Defizite liegen und gegebenenfalls noch eine Wiederholung sinnvoll ist.
Lernreize durch Quiz- und/oder Lern-Duelle
Bei MEIN LANG soll betriebliche Weiterbildung mit Freude verbunden sein. Über die Möglichkeit von Quiz-Duellen wird der spielerische Lernansatz umgesetzt. Kolleg*innen, Führungskräfte oder auch externe Partner können zu einem Duell herausgefordert werden. Lernen wird damit noch unterhaltsamer. Möglich ist etwa folgender Spielmodus: In drei Fragerunden à 3 Fragen wird ermittelt, wer Wissenskönig*in ist.
Mit der Chat-Funktion ins Reden kommen
Die Chatfunktion in der App ermöglicht es, dass sich MEIN LANG Mitarbeiter*innen und externe Partner untereinander austauschen und fördern können.
