Wir fragen nicht danach, wo die Menschen herkommen sondern, wo sie hinwollen. Wir verstehen uns deshalb als lernende Gemeinschaft, die die Kompetenzen und Fähigkeiten des Einzelnen in den Mittelpunkt stellen.
Im Dualen System der Berufsausbildung besuchen die Auszubildenden sowohl den Betrieb als auch die Schule auf. Während im Betrieb die praktischen Fähigkeiten im Mittelpunkt stehen sind es in der Schule die Bezüge zur Theorie. Es gilt die Devise: „Wir wissen, was wir tun“
In unseren „Vollzeitschule“ besteht die Möglichkeit, über den Erwerb des Hauptschulabschlusses, den Mittleren Bildungsabschlusses letztlich die Fachhochschulreife zu erreichen. Es gilt die Devise: „Großes entsteht immer im Kleinen“
Das Lernen für das Leben:
Mit dem Projekt "Radeln und Erinnern" bemühen wir uns um den "kleinen Grenzverkehr" in der Region. Wir fahren mit den Fahrrädern die deutsch-französische Grenze ab und informieren uns über das Gestern – Heute – Morgen beider Länder und deren Beziehung.
Bevor wir losfahren, üben wir auf dem Schulhof das Radeln in der Gruppe und informieren uns über den geschichtlichen Hintergrund.
Der Future Classroom stellt das Moderne Lernen in den Mittelpunkt. Nicht der Lehrer als Wissensvermittler steht im Zentrum sondern der sich selbst informierende Schüler. Unterschiedliche Projekte können so analog und digital multimedial in Eigeninitiative erarbeitet werden.
