Event Wizard is a FREE multi-purpose toolset for Event Organizers and attendees of events. We give users a fun and unique experience with embedded user-generated shared augmented reality (AR).
Our GPS based AR is particularly well suited for outdoor events, festivals, and sports events. Our platform provides a connected web-based dashboard and device apps that are user-definable and customizable by event creators and directors.
Sports tournament Directors and League Administrators can post Schedules, Scores, Standings and more all in your mobile device.
Third-party data from other sources can be linked effortlessly for integrated viewing in the app, including social media and/or registrar derived stats, schedules & scores.
It's Tournament Central in your phone! Find events, create events, design and share your venue in minutes, route attendees to your event plus much more.

Event Wizard is based on the premise that YOUR EVENT MAP is an asset! Local merchants will pay to be seen on YOUR map by YOUR attendees. We can help you monetize your event map. Our unique map-based advertising platform provides you a new revenue source from sponsors and local merchants while being extremely useful for organizing your event and your attendees.

Digital field mapping enables everyone to see the numbered fields and know where they are in relation to their field LIVE on their mobile device. Your volunteers can then help set up for game day, and know where everything is supposed to be.
Your attendees' route to your event is automatically generated. Finding parking and finding their field when they arrive is part of the app.
Attendees can view field scheduling of teams, fields and game times, and live scoring updates.
Attendees will see Augmented Reality digital Jumbotrons over each field which include revenue-generating sponsor logos.
Local to-the-event merchants on the map- attendees can also know where to find a cup of coffee, eat lunch, have a cold drink or find a hotel.
Tournament Sponsors will get exposure inside the app as well, with a link to their site, tournament specials and Augmented Reality contests.
The Augmented Reality contests we’ve included introduce users to AR in a fun way while simultaneously promoting the brands of the organizers. Apple is in no way responsible for any prizes that might be offered to promote any of these contests.
