Here’s how it works:
Every day, your group gets a new challenge. Everyone must submit a photo before the deadline.
If you don’t submit, or your submission gets voted down by your group…
You’re up for punishment.
Punishments are submitted by the group. They can be dumb, funny, or brutal. “Get a Buzz Cut.” “Post an embarrassing video on your story.” “Shave off one eyebrow” You get the idea...
The game keeps going every day, one challenge at a time. The longer your group stays consistent, the longer your streak lives.
The moment someone slips? The streak resets, someone gets punished, and the cycle continues.
The goal? Keep your streak alive.
But also? Laugh, roast your mates, and stay in touch in the dumbest, most memorable way possible.
How it works:
- One challenge per group, per day
- Everyone submits a photo of themselves doing it
- Friends vote on favourites and flag low-effort submissions
- No submission = punishment
- Bad submission = punishment
- Group streak resets = everyone loses
RollCall is for:
- Close-knit friends who want to mess around
- People who love a little chaos in their routine
- Anyone who wants a shared reason to stay in touch

Group Pause & Resume
• Groups can now be paused and resumed by their creator or automatically due to inactivity.
• Paused groups show clear “Paused” banners on the group profile, and members can’t submit until unpaused (so you don't get spammed with notifications).
• Unpause prompts appear when a group is auto-paused, with a button to quickly unpause.

UI/UX Improvements
• Smoother challenge and punishment upload
• Removed upload progress toasts.
• Paused group indicators and banners added throughout the app.
Bug Fixes
• Fixed “Today” header logic in the challenge feed to show correctly for friend groups.
• Minor spacing, syntax, and overlay fixes for smoother UI performance.
