Strix SQLite Editor
SQLiteBrowser is a powerful native macOS app for viewing, querying, and editing SQLite databases. Built with SwiftUI for blazing-fast performance.

KEY FEATURES

SAFE BY DEFAULT
Your database is read-only until you explicitly enable Edit Mode. All modifications—whether through inline editing or SQL queries—require Edit Mode to be active. Review pending changes before committing, with confirmation dialogs protecting against accidental data loss.

VISUAL EDITING WITH FULL CONTROL
Edit cells inline with visual change tracking. Insert, delete, or duplicate rows with full undo/redo support. The Changes tab shows every pending modification grouped by table, so you always know exactly what will be saved.

GLOBAL SEARCH
Search across all tables simultaneously. Results open in separate tabs, each preserving your search for easy navigation.

SQL QUERY EDITOR
Write queries with real-time syntax highlighting. Keywords, functions, strings, numbers, and comments are color-coded. SELECT queries work anytime; INSERT, UPDATE, and DELETE require Edit Mode—preventing accidental modifications.

ADVANCED SEARCH
LIKE-based and full-text search with optional highlighting. Works with existing FTS indexes or builds temporary indexes for large tables.

SCHEMA INSPECTOR
View columns, indexes, triggers, and CREATE statements. Browse database views alongside tables. Check database statistics including row counts and file size.
