คำอธิบาย
Core capabilities of Expert Controller are: Controller, RF Information and Health information. These are supported by a Settings capability that permits configuration of, for example, the network or serial interface to which an amplifier is connected. All amplifier front-panel operations are supported including, Power on/off, Input selection, Antenna selection, Operate and Set mode. Note: Amplifier firmware updates are not supported.
To assist operators with visual impairments, Expert Controller includes support for Apple Accessibility with descriptive labels and hints; its 'Announce' feature will 'speak' a report containing up to 20 operational parameters of the App and amplifier. Report content is configurable and may contain parameters such as: Tx/Rx mode, Band, Output power, Antenna SWR etc.
Requirements:
- MacOS 14 or later
- A USB/Serial interface supported by MacOS and connected to an SPE Expert 1.3k-FA, 1.5k-FA 1.5k-Taurus or 2k-FA RF amplifier or
- a TCP/IP network connection to a network/serial adapter that is connected to an SPE Expert 1.3k-FA, 1.5k-FA, 1.5k-Taurus or 2k-FA RF amplifier.
