· Easily Adjust Fields. You can easily reposition, resize, and align fields or use keyboard shortcuts for fine adjustments to ensure that everything looks perfect. All changes can be undone.
· Duplicate Fields with Precision using Option-drag to drag a selection or with Copy-and-paste. Before pasting, you can just click where you want the field to appear, setting a "paste-hint," to reduce the need for manual adjustments.
· Set the Tab Order. To set the order that tabbing will take the user through the fields, you simply Command-click them in the desired sequence. This ensures that users can navigate the form easily.
.Use Fillably's "live test" mode to see what someone filling out the form will see! You can enter input into the fields you created and see if it’s what you want; if not, use Command-T which toggles between modes to go back into Edit mode to make the necessary changes to your form, then go back into Test mode and try out the form again.
· Create Fillable PDFs. Save your document to make it a fillable PDF. Users can then open it in any PDF viewer and fill it out.
· Learn from the Tutorial. The first time you open Fillably, a tutorial appears that takes you through the process of turning your PDF document into a fillable form.
