GitDesk is a Windows application designed to make Git simpler, clearer, and easier to use.

It allows you to manage local Git repositories without having to use the command line. The goal is to help beginners, students, trainers, and occasional developers better understand what they are doing when using Git.

With GitDesk, you can open a local Git project, view modified files, create commits, browse the project history, manage branches, and more easily return to a previous state of your project.
