Progress Schedulytics
Progress Schedulytics turns a Primavera P6 XML schedule export into a complete, executive-ready reporting pack — entirely on your own PC, with no internet connection and no data ever leaving your machine.
From one P6 export, Progress Schedulytics generates an Excel analytics workbook, an interactive HTML dashboard, a PowerPoint executive deck, and an AI-readable summary — all reconciled to the same numbers, in minutes instead of days.
Designed for EPC and construction project controls by a practicing Planning & Cost Control Engineer, Progress Schedulytics performs the analysis planners rely on: Earned Value Management (PV, EV, SV, SPI), calendar-exact Total Float that matches Primavera P6 to the day, the DCMA 14-Point schedule-quality assessment, Monte Carlo schedule-risk forecasting (P10/P50/P90), and an automated risk register with a 5×5 probability-impact matrix.
It also handles whole portfolios: combine several package schedules into one project view, and compare this week against last week to see exactly what moved.
Progress Schedulytics is private by design. There is no cloud, no account, and no telemetry — your schedule data stays on your device. Results are deterministic and repeatable, so the same input always produces the same report.
Includes a 30-day free trial. Works on Windows 10/11. Requires a Primavera P6 schedule exported as XML.
