RandR allows you to choose an image or lets you take a photo directly, from which it extracts the text and then reads it aloud to you.
RandR is also able to pause or seek while reading aloud.
As this app is a beta in its current state, please report any bugs or strange behaviors via the about section of RandR.
RandR is an Universal app. Within the app, you'll find a link to the Windows Phone variant.
