Description
Bestimmte Apps können die systeminterne Steuerung zum Beenden von Windows deaktivieren oder blockieren. Dadurch kann der Computer beispielsweise stundenlang weiterlaufen, auch wenn er nicht mehr genutzt wird, z.B. beim Videostreaming. Weitere Apps können ebenfalls die Zeitsteuerung zum Beenden von Windows deaktivieren, sodass der Stand-by-Modus oder Ruhezustand nach einer abgelaufenen Nichtnutzungszeit nicht mehr funktioniert.
System Timed Shutdown wurde entwickelt, um Windows zuverlässig nach Ablauf einer bestimmten Zeit herunterzufahren und somit Strom und Geld zu sparen, den Akku von Geräten zu schonen und durch eine Verbesserung der Ökobilanz das Klima zu schützen.
Die intuitive Software führt die ausgewählte Aktion nach Ablauf eines Timers aus. Der Timer kann jederzeit neu gestartet, gestoppt oder pausiert werden, damit Sie die Kontrolle behalten. Die Anwendung funktioniert ohne Eingabeaufforderung oder Administratorrechte.
Mit System Timed Shutdown können Sie den Computer zeitgesteuert in den Stand-by-Modus oder Ruhezustand versetzen, neu starten, herunterfahren oder den angemeldeten Benutzer abmelden. Der Timer kann von 0 Sekunden bis zu 23 Stunden, 59 Minuten und 59 Sekunden eingestellt werden. In der letzten Minute vor Ablauf des Timers macht System Timed Shutdown durch optische und textliche Hinweise auf sich aufmerksam: Das App-Fenster blinkt für ca. 30 Sekunden und Sie erhalten eine Benachrichtigung im Benachrichtigungszentrum von Windows. In den letzten 30 Sekunden färbt sich die App-Schaltfläche auf der Taskleiste rot. Der Timer kann jederzeit gestoppt werden.
Energie sparen:
Der Computer wird in den Stand-by-Modus versetzt. Wenn der Timer abgelaufen ist, wechselt das System sofort in den Energiesparmodus. Alle Programme werden gestoppt, da alle Prozessoren ausgeschaltet werden. Der Computer bleibt jedoch auf Bereitschaft eingeschaltet und steht nach der Reaktivierung sofort wieder mit den zuvor geöffneten Apps zur Verfügung.
Ruhezustand:
Der Computer wird in den Ruhezustand versetzt. Wenn der Timer abgelaufen ist, wird das System in den Ruhezustand versetzt. Dabei wird der Computer vollständig ausgeschaltet. Nach dem erneuten Einschalten stehen sofort wieder alle zuvor geöffneten Apps zur Verfügung.
Herunterfahren:
Der Computer wird heruntergefahren. Wenn der Timer abgelaufen ist, werden alle Programme beendet und das System heruntergefahren. Der Computer wird vollständig ausgeschaltet. Nach dem erneuten Einschalten sind alle zuvor geöffneten Apps geschlossen.
Neu starten:
Der Computer wird neu gestartet. Wenn der Timer abgelaufen ist, werden alle Programme beendet, das System heruntergefahren und sofort wieder neu gestartet. Der Computer wird dabei nicht ausgeschaltet. Nach dem Neustart sind alle zuvor geöffneten Apps geschlossen.
Abmelden:
Der aktuelle Benutzer wird abgemeldet. Wenn der Timer abgelaufen ist, werden alle Programme des angemeldeten Benutzers beendet und der Benutzer abgemeldet. Nach der Abmeldung wird der Anmeldebildschirm angezeigt. Der Computer wird dabei nicht ausgeschaltet. Nach der erneuten Anmeldung sind alle zuvor geöffneten Apps geschlossen.
Verfügbarkeit von Energiesparmodus und Ruhezustand:
Die Optionen "Energie sparen" und "Ruhezustand" stehen nur zur Verfügung, wenn diese in Windows aktiviert sind und von der Hardware des Computers unterstützt werden. Sind sie nicht verfügbar, fehlen möglicherweise System- oder Grafiktreiber oder diese sind veraltet. Aktualisieren Sie Windows und installieren Sie die neuesten Grafiktreiber, um den Energiesparmodus oder Ruhezustand nutzen zu können.
