Fitonomy Coach is your AI personal trainer for home workouts and gym workouts—built around a structured 28-day challenge with daily training plans, step-by-step exercise tutorials, and a clean workout tracker / exercise log to keep you consistent.

Subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the subscription period. There is no increase in price when renewing.
