    [Optimization and Adjustments]
    1. Radar Optimization: Added 'Auto-Ignore' function. After reaching Radar Lv.7, it can be configured in Radar > Intelligence > Auto-Ignore Settings. When enabled, Solo and Raid Attacks below a specified Ops size will be ignored and won't trigger alerts.
    2. Babe Optimizations:
    (1) Added a Synthesize All feature to Instant Star Up for one-tap synthesis of specified Gifts (unlocks at SVIP 6).
    (2) Added a Filter feature to the Babe Overview, allowing Leaders to filter by Babe Skill effects.
    3. Production Booster's Use All Function Optimizations:
    (1) Added a secondary confirmation prompt to perform override when using the Production Booster relevant "Use All" feature for buildings already under the boost's effect.
    (2) Added a prompt to place a Family Business Zone when using the Production Booster relevant "Use All" feature while the building hasn't been placed yet.
    4. Scrap Collector Optimization: Added a Family Emblem Filter feature.
    5. Urban Trade Optimizations:
    (1) Added target Clan information to the Convoy Sharing messages.
    (2) Added a share button and a display intel feature to the Convoy Dispatch interface, like the Leader's Name and Escorting Crew amount are available.
    6. A single Path's required estimated number of Lookout Towers will now be displayed when editing routes in the Map Drawing Tool > Tag Line interface.
    7. Other Optimizations:
    (1) A quick selection feature is now available when exchanging Vigilante/Renegade-relevant redeem items for designated Vigilantes/Renegades, allowing direct selecting of enough fragments for the next Star Level's upgrade.
    (2) Added a 'Restore Default' function in the Clan > Management > Clan Settings > Edit Clan Rank's Title interface.
    (3) Added an 'Equipment Filter' feature to the Equipment Selection interface for Vigilantes.
    (4) Added a 'Latest News' entrance in the Mail > Messages interface.
    8. Clan Tournament Optimizations: Increased Kill Rewards & improved rewards for all types of Clan Tournament Gifts (only effective for gifts obtained after this update).
    9. Governor of Mafia/Interstate War Adjustments:
    (1) In Neutral Building Raids, any of the Leader's Crew Classes with size less than 0.1% of the Raid Cap or 0.2% of their personal Crime Ops Cap will not be eligible to participate in the Raid.
    (2) In Neutral Building Solo Attacks, any of the Leader's Crew Classes with size less than 0.2% of the personal Crime Ops Cap will not be eligible to participate in the Attack.
    10. Optimized and updated some interfaces, and modified and polished some descriptions.
